Third match
in Pool A of the 2012 CEV Junior Volleyball Championship featured a close fight
between France and Poland on Wednesday. The city of Mogilev in Belarus hosted the match, while Polish
ladies came on top with 3-0 (25-18, 25-20, 25-16). It took them 69 minutes to
overcome the French counterparts.
French head
coach, Jacques Beraud, regretted the loss of important match and shared his views in the following manner. He said: “We started well and were leading the score but suddenly
started making stupid mistakes and we gradually lost our rhythm. This is
something you cannot afford while playing a solid opponent like Poland.
Everything was decided at the end of the first set. I am really disappointed
because I expected a different match”.
