Belarus,
which is currently hosting the Pool A matches of the 2nd round of
2012 CEV Women’s Junior Volleyball Championship, received straight set defeat
from Poland on Thursday, April 12. The visiting Polish team edged out hosts by
sending 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-15) on board.
The match was
hosted by Belarusian city Mogilev and around 800 spectators witnessed the
thrilling volleyball action. Belarus pulled off success in its last match on Wednesday
when the hosts defeated neighbours from Lithuania but failed to carry the momentum into next game against Poland. In the next run, Belarus is
scheduled to meet Latvia on Friday.
