Germany clinches success after losing one set to Finland – European Olympic Qualification Tournament

Finland gave a tough time to Germany in the second match of 2012 European Men’s Olympic Qualifiers on Wednesday but failed to stop the in-form German squad. Finnish team could only secure one frame in the four-set match, which was not enough to save them from loss. Germany pulled off success with three sets to one, 3-1 (31-29, 25-19, 21-25, 25-16).

Germany claimed first win of the tournament on the opening day when German studs defeated Slovakian counterparts. In the next run, the team carried the momentum and improved to 2-0 in Pool II by winning against Finland.
