Spanish ladies exhibited a great
performance on day-3 of the 2012 CEV European League and pulled off success
against Hungary.
Spaniards posted 3-1 (25-18,
20-25, 25-21, 25-16) victory over Hungary and improved to 2-1 in the tournament.
It was a comeback victory for Spain after losing to hosts Serbia in the last match on
Saturday.
However, the ladies around head
coach Francisco
Manuel Hervas are determined to carry the momentum going in the upcoming
matches.
Speaking of
the match, Hervas said: “We started well but then we had too many ups and
downs. Anyway, I am satisfied with this win and I think that in the next rounds
we can play even better than we did here in Subotica.”
