Spain downs Hungary in the third match of 2012 Women’s European Volleyball League

Spanish ladies exhibited a great performance on day-3 of the 2012 CEV European League and pulled off success against Hungary.

Spaniards posted 3-1 (25-18, 20-25, 25-21, 25-16) victory over Hungary and improved to 2-1 in the tournament. It was a comeback victory for Spain after losing to hosts Serbia in the last match on Saturday.

However, the ladies around head coach Francisco Manuel Hervas are determined to carry the momentum going in the upcoming matches.

Speaking of the match, Hervas said: “We started well but then we had too many ups and downs. Anyway, I am satisfied with this win and I think that in the next rounds we can play even better than we did here in Subotica.”
