Algerian
Girls’ U-18 Volleyball Team appeared in a total of three matches at the 2013
African Nations Championship and ended up with only one victory. However, the
team remained ahead of Rwanda, which failed to claim any points after three
straight defeats.
The African
Nations Championship served as the qualification tournament for the upcoming FIVB
Youth World Championship, which will take place in Thailand. Algeria moved
ahead and booked a slot in the World Championship alongside Tunisia and Egypt.
These three teams will represent Africa in the competition.
